The property is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and overlooking the beautiful gardens and the communal pool. The apartment has easy access to the promenade and only a minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.

The property is composed of a large living room with a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, flat screen TV, satellite and a DVD player, there is a covered terrace, which is the main dining room and offers fabulous views. From here we access to the double room with an extra-large bed, which can be adapted to two single beds in case you need it. A fully furnished and equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare excellent meals if you feel inclined to do it and a family bathroom with shower where the washing machine is located.

The apartment is equipped with two high specification air conditioning units, in the main room and the bedroom. In addition, there are 3 ceiling fans for your comfort and electric heating.

There is a fire extinguisher in the hallway if ever required and a first aid kit in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge.

There are two fabulous community pools, one for small children, several gardens and tennis courts.

The apartment is close to a main bus stop, which is within walking distance and there is an ample parking right next to the apartment. From the bus stop you can go to Torre Del Mar or in the opposite direction to Nerja, or anywhere in between. You can also travel to the city of Malaga.
