Steps lead down to an additional lovely covered terrace with a barbecue area and outside fridge where one can enjoy the shade and sun around the pool and the spectacular views south across the Natural Park and down to the Mediterranean.

The main accommodation enters into a large open plan living area which comprises a bright sunny conservatory, dining area and two sitting areas with a stunning southern vista down through the countryside to the Mediterranean. From here there is access to a rear terrace, offering beautiful western sunset views to Gibraltar and the Moroccan mountains. In addition there is a large living space with a free standing wood burning stove. Off the living area is a recently fully refurbished, fully fitted kitchen. A hallway then leads to a family bathroom and two spacious double bedrooms. The hall finally leads to the master bedroom suite; this incorporates a dressing room and a newly reformed en-suite bathroom. This is also an additional door to the rear terrace.
