A few minutes' drive from the idyllic mountain village of Sayalonga, you will find one of our fantastic country properties in Spain. It is an unique compact designer house of an architect and it has spectacular views over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

After entering the private gate, one arrives at the approx. 1600 m² plot, which is landscaped with a rock garden. Around the two-storey house itself, quarry stone walls are arranged in the traditional style.

In the shade of an old oak tree, one looks from the large terrace or the bedroom balcony on the first floor into the mountains of the Sierra Almijara. Almond trees, olive and avocado plantations in the direct vicinity provide a wonderful climate of relaxation in a magical place.

Due to the high-quality processed building materials, heating & air conditioning, the house can be inhabited all year round and is very low-maintenance.

The ground floor has a cosy, bright living room with a high-quality double pull-out couch, dining area and a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, as well as a storage room and WC.

Through the large patio door you come directly onto the large terrace to enjoy the view.

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a very exceptional 2 - storey - double loft bed for 5 persons made of wood (high quality workmanship and custom made by a carpenter) and a bathroom with rain shower.

A small storage room is located next to the stairs.

The balcony on the upper floor is covered and offers an open breathtaking view to the beautiful and unique mountains of the Sierra Almijara.
