Country Property in Árchez, Inland Andalucia in the mountains

This is one of our tunning country properties in Spain with private swimming pool. Set in a rural area surrounded by peace and tranquility but yet only a few minutes’ drive away from local amenities. The property is entered via a large gated entrance with plenty of parking space available, a terrace leads from the entrance round to the 6x3 private pool and barbecue area surrounded by gorgeous views of the country side and villages.

Interior accommodation consists of a large open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen area with a/c unit and underfloor heating. Next to the kitchen is a storage room where one will find a washing and drying machine. On the lower floor there are also two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other being of one double bed. Between these two bedrooms one will find a family bathroom with beautiful tiling and a large shower.

A flight of stairs lead us to the upper floor consisting of another double bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath and a bedroom with bunk beds. Both bedrooms of the top floor have a/c units. 

This property is truly amazing and perfect for relaxing with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.
